This institution doesn't have adequate conditions for stay and accomodation of its users and it cannot satisfy all their needs since very poor financial resources have been invested recently.

Complete infrastructure is in very bad condition and it has to be renovated as soon as it is possible.

The users of the center live under very difficult living conditions. They have a lot of unsolved problems-hygiene, nonadapted rooms are some of problems that must be solved as soon as it posible. The Center needs financial help[further...]
