center in Novi Becej is the institution which
employs 100 employees.
66 employees have contact with the users, four
emloyees are in charge of the club.

activities of the Center are organized through
team work - experts in different fields
take care of each ward and its users. A
haead nurse gives medical aid. She regularly
maintains contact with local and regional
health center and hospitals

constantly needs new employees.Professions that
are in the red are those that mean work with the
users: a social worker, a psychologist, a doctor,
a psychiatrist, an occupational therapist.

users of the center live under very difficult living
conditions. They have a lot of unsolved problems-hygiene,
nonadapted rooms are some of problems that must
be solved as soon as it posible. The Center needs
